Hi, I’m David Haynes and I represent and advise clients buying and selling Estates, Family Homes, Condos, Farms and Ranches and development lots. I also specialize in advising people how to invest for short and long term profit, assisting them in reaching their financial goals.

In a way, my whole life was spent preparing and training for Real Estate Success!

I worked in Houston Texas for 20 years as an Oil and Gas professional in all facets of the business. It prepared me by giving me experience analyzing money-making (and losing) properties and opportunities. I began my real estate investment career in Houston buying, renovating, living in and ultimately flipping houses in the Heights, Montrose and Rice University/ West U neighborhoods. That experience ignited my passion for the Real Estate business and I moved to Austin in 2003 to begin my Realtor career. I hit the ground running and I’ve never looked back.

I represent buyers and sellers of family and luxury Residential properties as well as farm and ranch land and lots for development.
