Austin has a new project in the works! This 80-floor skyscraper will be a residential tower and feature a ground floor restaurant and bar. With 450 high-rise apartments ranging from studios to four-bedroom penthouses, this proposed structure would top Waterline as the tallest tower in the state.
The tower at 410 East 5th Street will stretch 1,035 feet into the Austin skyline and offer a full suite of amenities for the residents, including a pool deck with food and beverage service, a fitness and wellness center, cocktail lounge, movie theater, and co-working spaces. They will also have a pet-friendly floor with a playroom, grooming center, and dog run.
